It's safe and easier than you think!

  1. We meet to discuss your current situation.  This will differ from person to person but most are lacking the full 5%  down plus closing costs or have credit issues.
  2. An application is done to see what you would qualify for in a traditional mortgage .  (We do this not to preapprove you for a mortgage but to  ensure we are putting you into a home that once you have completed the program is within your budget)
  3. Once approved we house hunt.  We look at properties listed for sale in your price range and neighbourhood you want to live.
  4. Our investors purchase the property for you.
  5. You move in on closing day!!!!!

Its hard today to save for a down payment on a house.  My rent to own program is safe to use.  I only use qualified professional mortgage specialist, financial advisors and lenders.  You can have the contracts reviewed by lawyers at anytime before you sign.

 A down payment is required based on the purchase price of the house.  Typically 3% of the purchase price is acceptable and is put aside as a credit towards the purchase of the home when you become the owner.  The rental amounts are based on the house you pick as each house will be a different amount, with different property taxes.  They can range from 1500 per month onward.

Your down payment and a portion of your rent is saved as a credit towards your final down payment at the end of the rent to own contract. 

So if your already paying rent and none of your rent is being saved for you as equity.  What are you waiting for!!!!   Make this year your year to become a home owner.  Stop paying your landlords mortgage and start investing in your future.
